Corruption by our Police,Lawyers,Crown

Does the New Zealand Law allow our Police to frame the innoncent who maybe suspected of a crime, and if not whose authority allow the Police to go ahead with it. I understand when the accuser is caught red handed fine busted. But by 'crikeys, when our Police go about to frame people this is an act of crime' why the hell is noone doing something about it. This goes to show our Police have/is been allowed to get away with it by using the Lawyers, and their biggest supporter (The Crown) these so-call respected citizens of NZ need to be exposed. Send the bugga's to prison, and let them know how it feels to be locked up. It seems that our Police, and our Prosecutors do is penpush, milk the Government unessarily, plot to convict the innocent by using any means. Prosecutor J.C Gordon is one of these people she is a woman who is tall, petite, well dressed, and highly educated with the most softest voice, the only problem is Ms Gordon is a habitual liar, and in my view is a bloody disgrace by wearing the Black Gown that represents our NZ High Courts.

Sent a Letter to NZ-Herald to ask for POLICE EXPOSURE - 3 July 2005, recieved a reply from reporter Liz Binning - 6 July 2006, asked what evidence I had. These were given to "Binnings"on 7 July 2006, before leaving reception, M's Binning, 'said there was nothing which can be done until after the Trial, but the reports will be read.

On the 15 July 2005, I faxed Elizabeth Binning to get back the reports, these were uplifted on the 18 July 2006. I was told, these reports were photocopied but up until now I have not heard a word. Ms Binning was invited to a couple of pretrials in 2005, and the main trial 20 February 2006, which was later adjourned 22/02/06, noone from the Herald arrived. I often wandered, why the media did not turn up. I have viewed/read other drug trials being published by the Herald before, and during trial but for unknown reasons, noone wants to know about our trial. I wonder what it takes to get media attention. Are drug trials randomly choosen by the media?

27 April 2006 Frank Aroh

A letter of complaint was written to the CUSTOMS against two(2) of their Drug investigators namely Teresa Anthony, Stuart Williamson because it was these very people who played major roles in making up Drug parcels with fraudulent documentations, and did all the running around to make it look real.

Apparently Mr Stuart Williamson has left CUSTOMS and is working for wild life. Theresa Anthony is still yet to give evidence.

A letter recieved by CUSTOMS wrote: In your letter you have made serious allegations concerning the behaviour of a number of Customs investigators. I have investigated the matter fully, including studying the reports submitted by the investigators concerned in response to your allegations, and conclude that there is no basis to those allegations.
